VerSe Innovation announced the acquisition of GolBol, the social networking application. VerSe which recently marked the one year anniversary of its short video app Josh will bring together the entire GolBol team, including co-founders Shanu Vivek, Karandeep Singh Gujral and Kaushik Mahato, to help accelerate the ongoing work to modernize and multiply Josh’s impact.
