M.Sc. Molecular and Cellular Basis of Human Diseases

Applied Finance Program

KPMG in India has partnered with Masters’ Union to launch a one-year part-time program in applied finance with an integrated internship for B.Com, BBA and MBA students. The program aims to improve employability and address program gaps. The hybrid program includes a six-month virtual internship with KPMG in India. Each student will receive mentorship and training on tools such as SAP and Power BI.

University of Essex expands school membership program in India

The University of Essex will expand its School Membership Program in India to provide structured support and engagement with more schools to provide targeted support to students, teachers and counsellors. There is no cost associated with membership and participating schools must attend member events and participate in network activities.

SOS Children’s Villages India trains more than 2,000 young people

SOS Children’s Villages recently organized a workshop on training young people in times of pandemic. It was addressed by Sumanta Kar, General Secretary, SOS Children’s Villages India, with Naveen Singh, District Coordinator, Nuh-Haryana Skill Development Mission. The NGO has trained more than 2,000 young people over the past two years.

Extramarks weekend

The Extramarks recreational festival, “Extramarks Weekender”, was held on January 15 and 16. Aimed at rediscovering the joy of learning, the festival had areas dedicated to learning and education, group counseling sessions, a live classroom, workshops and talks, and interactive activities by games, entertainment and a pop-up market. University of Sanskriti on a high patent

Sanskriti University was recently ranked seventh in the list of Indian academic institutions with the highest number of patent applications. The institute has filed over 400 patents and over 150 design applications, and over 50 patent applications have been published.
